Responsible and Sustainable Catering and Excess Food: We are proud to be a top New Jersey sustainable caterer. We begin by serving with our gorgeous crockery whenever possible. Not only because it’s fitting and appropriate, but because we believe that the best way to reduce our foot print is by reusing. When reusing isn’t feasible we look towards biodegradable and compostable products. By choosing green products, we aim to reduce water usage, solid waste, electricity and emissions. We closely monitor feedback to avoid leftover food, but IF that happens, we partner with the best nonprofits combating food insecurity. Any food donations are directed to Table to Table a 501 ©3 non-profit specializing in food rescue on demand: this community based food rescue program collects prepared and perishable food that would otherwise be wasted and delivers it to organizations serving the hungry in Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Passaic counties of New Jersey.. In addition, we work closely with the Center for Hope and Safety (formerly Shelter Our Sisters) this non-profit is dedicated to assisting victims and survivors of domestic violence, and their children, by turning fear into SAFETY, helplessness into STRENGTH, and isolation into HOPE.
