Plated or Tasting
Offended used for Weddings, Intimate Gatherings, Galas, Fundraisers, Auctions, and Inaugurations. At LuSheann Caterers, Event Planning & Design we offer either a Platted or a Tasting menu. Both are usually preceded by Hors d’oeurves. Having these little treats at the beginning is ideal for brief socializing. But more importantly, at its conclusion, it benefits management to usher in the guests in a timely manner. As your guests are welcomed to the dining area, they are seated to a place setting specifically organized for the menu being served.

Plated Entrée’
Predetermined first course and/or second course
Followed by a pre-order selection of three dinner main entree’ choices.

Tasting Menu
There can be between four and six predetermined courses.
The beauty of this is its staggered variety.
