Dinner by the Bite

By far this is my favorite menu !
Amuse-bouche are little gifts from my kitchen that are cleverly presented and passed before the start of this extremely attractive alternative to the Hors d’oeurve and stations menu. Dinner by the Bite just as it suggests, is just that. With a multitude of dinner entrees’ showcased all at once in the miniature with specific china (some as small as 2”) that are specialized to match each dish. This presentation is rarely seen if not ever by guests unless they have attended this exclusive event by LuSheann Caterers, Event Planning & Design
